Firestarters Focus:

Firestarters is a 12-week course designed to assist you in becoming a modern-day revivalist; to become a world-changer and history-maker in whatever sphere of influence God has placed you, whether in the marketplace, school, neighborhood, community, or home.

The goal is to equip, empower, and activate newcomers to a revival culture, new believers, as well as those who have never been fully activated in a supernatural Kingdom revival lifestyle.

Throughout the course curriculum, the primary focus of Firestarters will be to help you encounter the Fire (passion) of the Father, demonstrated in signs and wonders, miracles, healing, and prophetic insights that propel you towards your destiny as a modern-day revivalist.

The goal of a Firestarter is to be motivated to live from passion versus performance or obligation, directed by purpose, lived out through our God-given identity and destiny, and fueled by power expressed through purity, prayer, the prophetic, and healing.

Firestarters Format:

Firestarters focuses on the foundational Kingdom core values of a true modern-day revivalist representing God: Pursuing passion, purpose, and power. There are 4 lessons in each of these 3 sections.

The course is best done in a group setting where there is 1 table teacher/coach per 5 students. Each lesson includes table topic discussion questions related to each teaching, as well as activation activities that are discussed and implemented at the tables. In addition, each Firestarters class incorporates a time of testimonies, as well as times for practicing the prophetic and healing.

Note: To properly conduct the Firestarters class you should purchase 1 Teacher/Coach manual per every 5 Student manuals purchased which is how our Teaching Package(s) are set up.

To Get Started:

You will need to purchase both the Training Package and the Teaching Package(s).

Note: We encourage you to charge your students $20 to take the course which is the price of the manual. This helps them to take ownership into the program.

You may want to consider starting with a leadership team that can become familiarized and equipped to become the table teacher/coaches for a larger class.

You may also consider offering the Firestarters class once or twice per year, depending on the size of your church or group. Larger churches have opted to offer the class year round on a continual rotating basis so that anyone can jump into the class on any given week.

Firestarters can be conducted as a Sunday school class, mid-week class, home group, youth group, as well as an individual study.

Self Study Program:

You will need to obtain the CD’s or download the MP3 version of the lessons. We suggest journaling your answers to the discussion questions and activation activities each week. You will also need to find a venue to express your testimonies each week, as well as practice prophetic words and healing. A home group, family members, or friends are great avenues for taking risk in a safer context.

Firestarters Fuel:

Risk is a key component for anyone desiring to become a Firestarter. Remember, God rewards risk (faith), not success or performance (Hebrews 11:6). When entering a pool, some put their toe in first to get an idea of the temperature. Others just jump right in. Whether it is inching your way in to risk, or jumping head first, the goal is to grow in our measure of faith (risk) throughout the Firestarters course.

To that end, we have provided a revival checklist and activation activities that will direct you to take specific steps of risk throughout the Firestarters course. Upon completion, you will be well on your way to becoming a world-changer.

We have also included a certificate of completion to help celebrate each student’s graduation into his or her supernatural destiny as a Firestarter.

Firestarter Fruit:

We have seen many people transformed into Firestarters, starting fires of God’s passion wherever they go and to whomever they meet. Most of the people who have attended our course, here at Bethel Church, have never prophesied in public or prayed for someone for healing. Most of our students begin taking risk in these areas and see breakthrough within the first few weeks. Upon completion, they are more confident and competent in living naturally supernatural.
