I appreciate this book greatly. This is the first book that I have found that distinguishes between the prisoners and the captives. I also appreciate the time spent talking about the physical challenges that people face, i.e. mental illness. During the time I spent learning to stand in victory, the Lord reminded me over and over again how we are a 3 part being, spirit, soul and body and an emotional wound, sin, or physical illness can and will affect every part of our being over time. Thank you Kris for removing the fear and Hollywood horror and stigma of those who suffer oppression and captivity.

I had high expectations for this book because I had heard the Spirit Wars message and read a few other books that Kris has written. I was still blown away.
