From middle class America to the garbage dumps of Mozambique to the steamy jungles and deserts of South Sudan, Carolyn Figlioli has lived a real-life adventure of modern-day miracles in third-world countries for the past three years. In Follow Me, Carolyn introduces you to witch doctors in the African bush and those who stand up to them, unafraid and undaunted. You will meet children who pray for the deaf to hear and see their prayers answered. You will learn of children who have escaped the evil clutches of the LRA in South Sudan and who have landed in the arms of their savior at a small children’s center in Sudan.

This story takes the reader on a journey into the heart of Africa, across four countries. The very heart of Jesus will explode on the inside of you as you learn to follow Him day by day, one step at a time, seeing through the eyes of a simple American girl as she lives with the poor and gives her heart over to the call of God upon her life.

Carolyn Figlioli is a retired U.S. Naval Chief Petty Officer and a veteran high school teacher of thirteen years. She has been a Christian youth leader and a public speaker on Christian living since 1999. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from National University, San Diego, California. She is a 2009 graduate of the Iris Ministry Harvest Missions School in Pemba, Mozambique, Africa. She currently lives in Sudan where she ministers to the widows and the orphans and preaches in churches all across South Sudan, from every denomination.
