These are not just words or ideas but life flows immediately to your heart to seek Him and be changed. There were times when my mind was flooded with encouragement to honor others whom I disagree with and seek ways to show respect. It's one thing to want to be a leader but if you've never been on the receiving end you won't fully appreciate the life this brings. I can't think of any ministry or even the service of just one person who could not benefit from this. Compared to other materials like this that are just information with little to no power to transform the cost is ridiculously reasonable. I can't imagine you being disappointed.
